Unnecessary workplace bureaucracy

I've joined this co. for 2 years. I'm in the legal dept dealing with clients mostly outsiders. My job is to give legal + technical advise and devise a plan for them. Problem is the co. was formed in 2009. It is not so new but there is no work system here. Everything is 'as you know' basis, or follow boss order. There is no real and fixed chain of command and procedures for employees. At first, CEO promised that once I am here, I can help the co. to develop an SOP and system for the workplace. I have made several paper works, plan & proposals to upgrade the administrative system.

However, directors still insist that they want to have all the power to decide on every single thing. Currently, every documentation needs the directors approval. Even single simple letter to client need their approval. Its really strange and weird for one simple advise letter need approval from all directors. In my prev co, it only need CEO approval (or any immediate superior). This actually slows down every process. 1 day work can drag up to 3 days pending approval. Worse when the directors are not always in the office. To approve something, need to organize a formal meeting with food and all. Now all clients are unhappy but there is nothing much I can do..

CEO is a lazy man seriously. All he say is, its okay, just proceed.. later you can propose to them to have this and that.. And keep on promising that I can someday lead this place.. Now it sounds like a joke already..

TLDR version: Do i have any future in an organization where there is so much administrative bureaucracy, red tapes and no solid organizational structure? Im torn between "one day I can change this and lead this place" thing and "this place is a joke, I should leave and move on.."

Oh yes, they pay me quite well here, hence the above dilemma.

hello, ive been liking mercedes c200 kompressor coupe since very long ago. currently owning c200k but sedan type. i saw c200k coupe, a really nice one selling at nice price. but the mileage is 150,000+ already. does that really matters on a second hand car? tq

mostly of the songs is just saying "la la di da da di da.. or da da da di da da da da" not sure.. female singer, need some help to identify , tq hehe.

hello, can anyone suggest me what is d most comfortable spring n absorbers for honda accord n mercedes c-class? currently having sum1 heavily pregnant in d car, she cant really stand d sports suspension n springs now. looking for most comfortable suspension but not totally putting away handling.. no idea, need suggestion. thanks.

hi, hope im in the correct place, i am currently using mercedes benz c200 w203 year 2002. after many years, the front headlights starts to turns yellow (its not crystal). tried to remove the yellow layer but still, the result is not that good. im planning on changing the whole headlights to a new one. there are two types i noticed.

1) normal crystal headlight:

i want to get some opinion which one is better. and which will give good results if i install bi-xenon. tq.

hii, i am new here, i just wanted to know where can i buy cars and motorsports t shirts around klang valley..? earlier noticed that i can get it at the recent super gt international last weekend, but i missed it.. so, i just need opinions where can i buy those things since i love collectings cars stuff.. thanks!
