Doing the "dirty" before workout session

Yo guys,
Been a long time since I last posted. As per topic, is it better to release your man batter (ehem ehem) prior to workout sessions?

Have read multiple articles saying sex and masturbation increases testosterone levels and some MMA (female one I recall) swears by this principal.

However bro science and traditional advice will go against this. I ask this die to the fact that I actually experience an amazing pump and increased energy! I have yet to replicate this again as I was trying to drill down what I did pre-workout which contributed to this before doing the deed.

Any advise from brothas here?

Snatch thief in Taman Megah

Just kena snatch thief in Taman Megah opposite Yan bakery shop. Same row as Fatty Crab. This happened at 10 am in the freaking morning!!
Be very aware and careful of 3 motorbikes. One will act as front scout the others are snatchers.

When I was making a police report another guy came in with the same case and same Modus Operandi but in SS2 this time. To whoever stays in Taman Megah or SS2 be extra careful at least for today. This goes to show how bold they have become.

Damn my slow reaction!!

Giving up Carbs vs Fatty foods

Hi Guys,

Stumbled upon an interesting article detailing how 2 twin brothers experimented and studied the effects of giving up sugar and fatty foods. One will be on no carbs or low carbs diet and the other will be on low fat diets. Since they are twins, it will all boil down to diets rather than genetics. Doesn't tell much on what most people here already know but still a good read. Cheers!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-...-YOUR-life.html

Injury related question and resting period

Recently threw my back out in gym. Was having a really stewpid bad form while doing back related exercises. Now paying a very painful price. Thank god its just a muscle sprain and not a slipped disc.

I don't know enough about back injuries and rest periods but how long will it take before I can go back to my gym routine? Till the pain goes away? I have been resting for 3 days and my physique is getting worse by the day. The pain is getting milder and should be gone by tomorrow fingers crossed.

Also I did not know my body will deteriorate at such a quick rate! Normally how long will you skip gym before your body shows it? Just wanna get everyone's opinion and experience.
Cheers!!

Cheap and fresh chicken breast in PJ

Hi All,

I normally buy chicken breast once a week at around 6 kg per week. Currently cheapest place for me is Taman Megah Wet Market at RM 11 per kg. Anyone knows anywhere cheaper? Giant and Hypermarkets offer near similar prices (non-promo period) but I stay away from theirs since not as fresh or large.

Same goes for veggies and fish (tilapia or salmon). Anyone know the cheapest supplier for fresh ones? Veggies costs more in wet markets compared to Hypermarkets (to my dismay

Also looking for suppliers willing to sell to me but don't think my amount can be considered as bulk purchase.

Cheers!

Best Tasting Protein Powder in Malaysia

I know this is very subjective due to individual preferences and tastes. But would just like to hear everyone' s recommendation.

I personally do not like dairy based flavoring in protein shakes. Prefer the heavier dairy flavors for my casein shake. Dymatize ISO 100 Very Berry is damn delicious!! Very refreshing and fruity!

Places to buy cheap almon or tuna meat in bulk?

I love chicken breasts as my main source of whole food protein. That being said, it can get pretty boring having that 2 times a day everyday.

I love my fish too however they are much pricier than chicken breasts. So far I have been buying my frozen salmons from Pok Brothers (best meat and steak supplier!!). However I am trying to find for a cheaper and maybe nearer alternatives (somewhere in PJ). I don't mind frozen ones.

Any recommendations from fellow bodybuilders here?
