Need help. Can't access certain website.

I can't access www.nuffnang.com.my (ip : 210.48.145.63) with my Mozilla, IE and Safari. But I can access it directly with the static ip mentioned above. I can use proxy to access it too, but problem is I need to access that site WITHOUT proxy. I tried checking my HOSTS file in my system32/drivers/etc but the site isn't listed there. I've tried turning off my firewall. I've tried turning off my AVG and Spybot S&D. I can ping the ip with command prompt but I can't ping the host or domiain, www.nuffnang.com.my. It says "Ping request could not find host www.nuffnang.com.my. Please check the name and try again. I've already checked my DIAL-UP and my LAN or something like that and my connection isn'tt running under a proxy. I heard something about DNS settings and something to do with the results of the ipconfig in the command prompt but I haven't tried that, any suggestions on that? Help is much appreciated.
