How the heck do insurance know

TLDR,

- Last year, went to a private clinic. Pain at lower stomach. Clinic advised that surgery is needed.

- Decided to go through Government Hospital for the surgery. GH need letter of recommendation from a Klinik Kesihatan before an appointment with a Specialist can be Scheduled

- Visit a Klinik Kesihatan and obtain said Letter

- Visit a GH but unable to proceed with Surgery as all elective operation are on-hold due to covid

- Went to a Private hospital for the surgery. Cost covered by my personal medical insurance

- well After undergoing the operation, suddenly received a letter from insurance and asked me for Medical Report and Questionnaire from the clinic's doctor for "Investigation" and for "New Requirement"

- The weird thing is, they need those Medical Report not only from the Klink Kesihatan and that particular private clinic that I went to, but ALL clinics that I've been even if not related for this claim.

So the question is, how the heck do the Insurance company know which clinic I've been? are there some sort of records that all clinics keep and shared to the insurance company?

As per title, where to buy Carpet Tiles? Those carpet that you often find in Office. Definitely not in Ikea and those carpet shop at Jalan TAR only sell the fancy Persian one. Uncle Google told me have to order from supplier/contracting company and not from a Brick-and-mortar shop. I doubt they would entertain my small purchase.

Ideas?

Is irc being blocked?

Problem:
Cant connect to any IRC server on any IRC network on any port. Using the same machine to connect to IRC using other ISP (TIME broadband) works.
Connection attempt will end with:

1) [10053] software caused connection abort
2) Unable to connect to server (connection refused)
mostly, it end up with (1)

Set up:
Currently using Unifi 10mbps. Google DNS.
IRC setup is default, except to ignore the port 6667

Connecting via web browser is okay on unifi.

Could anyone verify that Unifi really block IRC?

Battlefield 3 official release is just around the corner and I am planning to get a copy. I have a PC and a PS3 but I aint gonna buy 2 copy for each of them. The trailer look bloody awesome and it really sold me off. The beta version is available for download but only for PC (Restriction posed to Asia region)

In term of graphic, do you think the PS3 would fare better than a PC (Assuming you have an i5 and HD5770 card)?

Have I make the wrong decission?

So like the topic says, I kind of said no when this one girl who confessed to me. I did that coz I dont really have feelings for her (not my type I suppose). I am not even sure if I am interested to have a relationship yet.

I am a young adult whose only starting his career life. And I am fully aware that you can never be too choosy when choosing a partner. I also understand that there are people who is great to hang around with and people who is great to make a life partner with, and they are not the same person. After all, no one is perfect.

Reasons why I should turned her down :

1) Not my type. I especially dislike the "gedik-gedik tak bertempat" kind of ppl. I would prefer the "Cool Type"
2) Very Alim (Religious). Yeshh, I definitely do not belong in that circle and I think my partner should not too.
3) will add once I can think more

Reasons why I should not turned her down:

1) Bloody rich. Her dad own a construction company and is doing well. Even went to Korea on a whim.
2) She is seriously, I think, attracted to me. The last time we met was in Primary 6. She kind of found me in fb and it started from there. I've got this obligation that I should return her feelings.

I went through some of the thread and I understand that money play a huge role in building a family, and no one is perfect, and yes I do not want to end up foreveralone.jpg.

Description of myself: I am your average joe. Maybe not. Working in the IT field and just a plain ol exec. I am more of an Introvert and a shut in (Play mmo, PS3) but I do enjoy the rough and adrenaline activity too (Mountain climbing, Shooting Range...) I enjoy food, especially food that I have never seen. I am very keen to try something unusual and try to keep my mind open and brave through the unknown (Went to Bon Odori last week and join in the dance )

Like the topic says. I was born yesterday and raised in a castle somewhere in Neverland. So I dont quite know how it works.

If its up to my understanding, it goes like this:

1) Get license L/P

2) buy a motorcycle

3) (paperwork goes here i guess? what kind of paper?)

4) buy a helmet and a raincoat

5) zoooooom~

[WTA] Illuminated/backlit keyboard

I find myself the need for a keyboard that I will have no problem using in the dark. So, went to lowyat and MidValley looking for one. Surprisingly, the only keyboard I found that fit my needs are the Logitech G15 gaming keyboard (around RM300) and the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard (a little less than RM300) only.

So, wow!!!! is the illuminated/backlit keyboard really that rare that those two that I mentioned are the only one available , and so bloody expensive? I mean, i dont have issues spending the big bucks on quality product. But wth, its a keyboard. It doesnt make coffee. Or am I missing something here?
