How or what kind of method they use to scam the buyer ? The buyer is protected by Shopee and if item not as describe, the buyer can ask for refund. The price is really unbelievable .

Date of transaction: Bank in on 19 April, received the faulty phone on 21 April.

Details of the complaint : Bought a Samsung U700 from this guy, but he send me a faulty phone, cannot call, cannot received call, the slider got problem, sometimes the screens come out but most of the time, the screen is blank. After received the phone and found out the problems, straight phone to him, but he didn't answer it, so I pm him about the problems.

He pmed back and claim that it is the fault of pos laju ( the box is in good condition when I received the phone) and he claimed that the phone is in good conditions before he send to me, so he cannot be held responsible for the phone's fault.

At first he agreed to sell the phone to me with a 2 gb sd card, later told me his girlfriend want to keep the card and want to give me a new 1 gb card, I refused and ask for RM 20 refund and he agreed on it, and until today, he had yet to refund me the mere RM 20.

Maybe he is sincere about the phone and the postman is the one who should be blamed, but I have bought more than 20 pieces of phone and never encounter such problems before. Never deal with this guy through post, only deal with him cod if you want to buy his things.

Lastly he mention that his phone is 90% scracthless, but the conditions is much worse than that.

My mistakes of being too naive, hope those who read this benefitted from my mistakes.

Sahien, received the phone this afternoon, charge the battery and try to used it but the phone's seems to have problem, I cannot call nor can I receive the call.
Why is it so ? The screen seems to have problem as well, sometimes it's blur and after slide up and down again, the screen colours come back to normal, I didn't expect pretty much from you, as long as the phone is working, I will have no complain, but it is not in working order, what is your suggestion to solve this problems.

hello bro. this phone i made sure it was in perfect working condition before packaging to you. this phone was being used perfectly right up till the moment i send to you i can assure you it is working perfectly. its warranty also just only finish. the only thing i can conclude now is that most probably the delivering process maybe they did t handle properly and might have some adverse effects on the phone. i can only advise you to master reset the phone. please refer to the manual.aside from that i can t do anything else as i kow for a fact the phone was working perfectly when i packaged it for shipping.

Bro, this attitude of yours at selling things really dissapoint me. I have buy more than 30 phones using pos laju and none of than spoit by it, moreever your box is in good conditions. Now I can even master reset it as the screen went blank, the phone is repair before isn't it ? as the security seal is already broken. You expect me just to accept it as pos laju fault and I have to bear it all by myself ? Isn't it quite unfair. The condition of the phone, I got no complain although I am not that happy with it, but the phone is not working is really not acceptable to me. I can't call, can't receive call and worse the screen is off most of the time. If you still insist I have to bear it all by myself, than I will post the case on dispute thread. Yes, I can't get anything from you but at least people will not fall for you sale anymore except there is people so naive and fool like myself.

sorry to say bro . i dont know how the phone has deteriorated to such a condition .yes the phone has been repaired but that was repaired when it was under warranty by the shop long ago. and the phone has been used for so long till now. i swear i personally checked the phone before packaging it to send to you. it was working perfectly. now put your self in my situation. you have checked and made sure everything is ok . then you package and send the phone. when reach suddenly the phone can t be used already? how can you expect to accept this? i have no reason to cheat you. i have no way to prove the phone was working when i sent to you. had i know this problem will crop up i might have made a video log .i am sorry there is nothing i can do.if you feel a need to post this in the disputes thread your free to do so. once again i am sorry for your misfortune.

Hello to all sifus out there, need an opinion from your vast experiences. I come across a good deal from a pc shop, they are selling LG W1942T for only RM 489 and the Benq T221W for RM 567. So, budget is not a problem as the different between the two are not that significant to me. I don't have experience using this lcd before, but very tempted to spoilt myself with one!

What I am more interested is which one is a better buy in terms of qualities and usefullness. Through your experience of using 19 inch and 22 inch, is there any great different ? Space is not a problem for me as well.

Next question is about the quality of the LG and Benq, which one is better quality ? Thanks for all who help answer me.

Maybe most of you will ask which shop offer that price since it is lower than the one quoted by some of the seller here.

It is offer by ACI which located in Kota Kinabalu.

Lastly, thanks in advance for your valuable opinions and suggestions !
