buy a house to rent out

planning to buy a corner lot double storey house and rent it out. ( nearby taylors inti and metropolitan ),but not rent out whole unit to a tenant.

i decide to do partition of 10+ rooms in a house and rent it to students, workers etc..

i will make the room look like 5 stars hotel.

2 types of room, 1 is single and another 1 is double.

got guard ( 7pm - 7am ) , cleaning services (everyday) , washing machine available, air-conditional room, got cctv, fridge, room is furnished like a hotel room, bathroom attached in every room, bedsheet provided(will be change 2 weeks once, and blanket will be change once per month), every room got a television etc

Single room : RM 800 (inclusive electricity and water )
Double room : RM 600/each (inclusive electricity and water )

This business can do?
Got people will rent with the rental i stated ? ( subang rental normally single room 500-600,not included electricity, no guard, cleaning service(1 week twice only), no bedsheet provided)
If no, please suggest the rental..

Which Uni/College is good for comerce?

I will be finishing my Foundation on 20/1/2009
I am struggling with where should I go after my foundation.
I have been to a few Uni/College like KDU, HELP and Monash
I got a few choices.

1st is Taylor's UniSA and my 2nd choice is KDU Murdoch.
Can u guys tell me which is one is better ?
or any other suggestion?

hi everyone!

I would like to study Bachelor in Accounting and Finance but I found that this course is unavailable in Aussie University(Twinning).
For example,

Taylor's offered Accounting and Finance but it is UWE(UK)
however,UniSA offered Bachelor of Commerce which means Accounting only.

so,may i know which Uni offer Accounting and Finance which twinning with Australia U..???

oh ya..i found that Help University college can credit transfer to University of Queensland (2+1)
