            <title>buy a house to rent out</title>

            <description>planning to buy a corner lot double storey house and rent it out. ( nearby taylors inti and metropolitan ),but not rent out whole unit to a tenant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i decide to do partition of 10+ rooms in a house and rent it to students, workers etc..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i will make the room look like 5 stars hotel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 types of room, 1 is single and another 1 is double.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;got guard ( 7pm - 7am ) , cleaning services (everyday) , washing machine available, air-conditional room, got cctv, fridge, room is furnished like a hotel room, bathroom attached in every room, bedsheet provided(will be change 2 weeks once, and blanket will be change once per month), every room got a television etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Single room : RM 800 (inclusive electricity and water )&lt;br /&gt;Double room : RM 600/each (inclusive electricity and water )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This business can do?&lt;br /&gt;Got people will rent with the rental i stated ? ( subang rental normally single room 500-600,not included electricity, no guard, cleaning service(1 week twice only), no bedsheet provided)  &lt;br /&gt;If no, please suggest the rental..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks for your sharing...appreciate very much~</description>

            <title>Which Uni/College is good for comerce?</title>
