Most said these girls are left over, normally very passive & very choosy to their partner. Or may be have some problem in their personality. No offense, just share you opinion.

Why Girls always need time?

I know a girl for few months, and we start dating 1 month ago, fetch her back home, go to movie & dinner. Meet each other almost everyday and caring each other, all going well.

Then on her birthday recently, I send her flower & gift. Then she thanks me for flower and said that it all come too fast, and need time for each other to more understanding first. BTW I heard she was very happy for the flower & gift.

But from that day on, she don't need me to fetch her anymore, and rarely have chance to talk to her.

Please share why girls always need time?

Please no backfire, or negative opinion. FYI both of us are adult.

How to calculate partial monthly salary

Anyone know how to calculate partial monthly salary?

For Eg. your salary RM2000, and you work for 2 weeks, or 10 working days.

So how will the HR will calculate your salary, how many days it will divide? 20 days, 26days or 30 days.

For sure HR won't give you RM1000 as your paid, it will always unfair to those just work partial of the month or take unpaid leave.

Mind to share what basic your Co will use to calculate? And is there any standard of calculate partial month salary?

Need advice for choosing a new job

Hi, everyone

Currently I had offered a job from a MNC (A) for accounts post, but I still awaiting another job offer which have better working environment & 2 months contractual bonus (B).

FYI, currently I working as well, currently I need to reply to job A by Thursday whether to accept it. But I prefer job B, which may only know 1-2 weeks later on. If I reject the job A, then what if I didn't get the job for job B then I will back to current job, sigh?

Anyone have the best solution?

Hi, I know a girl in class, we know each other and exchange our phone no. Then we sit together in class, and have some chat, next day I try to sms her but she rarely reply my sms. Then I decide to call her and we have a nice chat, but seem the content is more about me then her. Next couple of call also same as well. Seem we a classmate, so I try to talk more about our study. Will I study too hard make her uncomfortably?

But just everytime I try to sms her the reply seem not often. I just confuse, is that she don't like sms and prefer talk or face to face, or I'm not consideration to her enough. If a gal like you, she will more interested to listen to your feeling and stuff or telling her feeling and stuff.
What are the stuff who gals like to hear and share? What is the great topic to chat with gals? Will girl feel irritating when guy sharing their work, study and those non-fiction stuff.

Hi, anyone have the experience or knowing the working environment, benefit paid & job load in HSBC Finance Department, in Cyberjaya.

Currently they call me for interview, will like to have better ideal about there before deciding to shift & go for the interview. Since Cyberjaya is quite a remote area.

I'm a ACCA finalist with BSc in Accounting. With 2 years plus experience.
