U ingat u siapa??"

The story hvnt end yet, 2 summons was appear in the MyEG system until today and it has been blacklisted, Im not sure what will be the next impact but I heard that a warrant of arrest can be issue since the summons was not paid, also even dunno will this be a traffic court case for me, I can clearly see that the damn cops are trying to screw me up wherever they can, so I need experienced peaple to give me some advise for my case, tQ!

Myvi 3-way ICE Project

Hi folks! Seems like I had been missing a long time in ICE forum, now as promise I am here to share my recently done DLS 3-way ICE in a Myvi, any comment is welcome! I tried to recall back some of the old photos and this is it!

This is the old soundproofing i DiY myself, now the new soundproofing i did already fully sealed all the gaps & holes.

MDF as speaker baffle, but i found that it is not strong enough to hold the 6.5" mid, 3 Allen key was use to bolt into the door steel panel, still a little resonance, not an ideal choice.

Using a PVC pipe to cover up the pocket.

The speaker ring finishing look

Left door

Re-wrap with PU, thanks to the sifu who design for me, took me 6 months to get it back to my car! LOL!

Right doors

At last, the decent 2-way custom fabrication A-pillar for midrange and tweeter, gona change the color same as doors soon.

Hi dudes,

I had been using rear disc brake more than 1 year where previously i had converted my rear drum into rear disc brake. It was working well till last few months it start making a noise whenever i tried to reverse my car, when running high speed down the road, it didnt sound at all, the brake power also perform at its normal.

Now the sound become louder and louder (sounds like "WUuuuuuuUuuuuu~") and i did skim my rotor but it doesnt seems to be solve the lame problem. Everytime during parking or reserve the sounds sure appear, wonder any sifu can advise what should i do to eliminate this prob?

The foreman where i modified told me that this is a common prob to major of rear disc brake conversion cars, cant do anything at all

ICE Project

ICE Project - DiY Rebuild Door Trim

Equipment required : Grinder, rotary tools, jigsaw, MDF, fibreglass filler, skills, patience, time & effort

I started all these with some guidance from pic from internet and this is 1 of the project im most proud of!! Because im just 1st time hands on these stuffs...

1st im getting started from my door, to build a gud midbass sound production, the speaker must mount on metal door, u may ask y? I duno, coz pro ICEr said so haha.. so MDF are used to mount on door, im not using normal screw screwing into it, im using Allen key bolt on it

Important - Magnet clearance check b4 speaker mounting, powered down window n see whether window can hit on speaker magnet onot, if yes then MDF thickness has to be increase by few mm..

Speaker mount on door DONE!!

Now the toughest part begins, i cut the door trim by using grinder, then cut 2 x 7" MDF rings by using a jigsaw. These 2 rings are stick together, all MDF i used is only 1cm thick.

Once the rings positioning confirmed, glue it with logtite.
