i m confuse with computer science and computer studies. anyone can tell me more about diploma in computer studies? is it good to take computer studies since SPM result is not very good (only 3 credits).....?

i just noe tat i got JPA PIDN...
i have few question:

1) can we choose our working place? i scare JPA want me to work at different place which is very far.....
2) is it true tat we no need to work for gov if gov can not find a job for us?
3) can we choose our job tat we like?
4) will JPA gv us job tat is not related wif wat we study?

5) To anyone out there who ady work for gov under tis bond, can share some advise/experince here?
