Physical: not too many scratches as i slapped on a carbon fibre sticker when i bought it. few minor dents here and there.

I'll be completely honest with this sale. It has been through water damage and just came back from repair and is working fine. the repair was done by a fellow forummer.

One thing to note:
1. Speaker seems to be imperfect, sound only comes out from left side.
Everything else is working fine so far.

hi guys,

I'm currently using Unifi right now, with a TP link WR941ND.

the connection is reasonably stable but still sucky sometimes.

The main problem is that the wifi signal is very weak, reach my room only left one bar, and the laptops cannot connect sometimes.
I'm thinking of doing either 2 things:

1. Use the old TM modem as a repeater
2. Buy a better antenna?

If 1, What are the limitations? I read that the speed halves?

IF 2, How much and which one should I buy?

If there are other suggestions please voice it out.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: since i got it back from RMA
Problem frequency: everytime?
Problem description: modem works but not the power adaptor.

Hey, is there any way to get a power adaptor for my d-link 2640B? Really frustrated after sending it back for RMA and came back not working

My computer suddenly can't connect to the internet after a power trip. I checked and the modem and the network card are working fine. I'm accessing the internet through wifi so there shouldn't be problems with the modem.
My modem is wag54g2

Hello to hardware gurus here.
I need some help over here

I have 2 computers. Lets just say Computer A and Computer B.(new)
Computer A has drive 1(primary),2,3
Computer B has drive 4(primary)

I want to move drive 2 and drive 3 over to Computer B
But before that, I am going to reformat both PCs. So how can i disable drive 2 and 3 so that it can install the OS on drive 1? Then after that, how can i transfer drive 2 and 3 to computer B without losing data?

I googled some info but i don't understand jumper settings. i understand that as long my drive 1 on computer A is primary, i won't lose any data on drive 2 and drive 3?

hello lowyat hardware q&a sifus

my computer has failed me, it wouldn't turn on.
It started about a month ago, the computer will on only after like 10 minutes after i pushed the on button. The fan will keep spinning but the computer will on later.
I thought it was okay since it's an old computer(pentium d) I didn't do anything to it. Everything was okay until yesterday, the computer fan kept spinning only, i left it on for the whole day but it didn't on.
I'm gonna send the computer for repairing but i don't know what needs to be changed, don't want to get conned. Or are there any solutions to this?

When i surf LYN, suddenly my account will sign out by itself.happened only in this month
