gaining weight and muscle

Hi, all muscle guy!

im a ectomorph body type which have very high metabolism, im 22 years old, 175cm, 53kg, with 16%BF, and 4 VF...

i started my weight gain programe from 26 october, and now have gain 9.9lbs (4.5kg), means 7 day gaining 4.5KG..

overall im quite satisfied for the result, i will update with the changes week by week..

so, any ectomorph people share their exp with me?

just buy samsung s1050,i duno is the battery problem ,or camera problem,it always display LOW BATTERY...

anyone can tell me y?
