Hi guys, I just wanted to know if any of you have been bound / held by these kind of terms and condition before?

" Regardless of whether or not customer is within contract or out of contract, customers may upgrade/downgrade their plan or change to new plan. Upgrade/downgrade or change new plan, customers will have to enter into a new contract with Sunway Digital Wave for a minimum duration of 24 months."

I did upgrade & downgrade the package lately but on both instance wasn't ever told of such clause or the fact the the contract will be renewed both verbally or in written format.

I would like to ask if there is anything I can do around this where I can get a waiver for the termination fee?

Question about potential property scam

Hi guys would appreciate your guys advice one this.

My mother-in-law house which was rented out to a tenant quite some time back. However recently the tenant has been getting notice sticked to their gate trying to scare the tenant by telling them the owner is not real, is a fake owner and then asking the tenant to provide them utility bills and so forth to prove the owner is real.

The tenant lodge report to police but seems like police not keen to take action and the most recent notice is like threatening them saying "I can't guarantee the safety of your family member going in and out of the house" something along this line.

Have you guys heard of this kind of story before? Any potential reason or things that they can do after obtaining those utility bills?

Help needed regarding VPN!

I am wondering is it possible to setup own VPN server or even VPN router?
I am currently having problems with MAXIS bad ping to flying spaghetti monster server thus can I create my OWN vpn server at
my girlfriend house(uses unifi) so that I can connect directly to her house and to flying spaghetti monster (to remove ping problem) ???

I have dd-wrt router if it is needed maybe I can use that as well? Any idea/opinion guys?Thanks in advance!!!
