CNB Amanah Secure Trust

I came across this after a friend introduced it to me.

The so called CNB Amanah Secure Trust offered 8% p.a. return and paid out on semi-annual basis. I am not able to find out more about the trust, can't find the annual reports and where they invest. However, my friend who invested a year ago are getting the payout banked in directly to their bank account. Despite that, I am still skeptical on how they generate that handsome payout. On top of that 8%, the company also payout a few % (more than 2%) of commission to the agent who can recruit a new customer. So the cost of the fund is more than 10% - that is very high cost compared to any other form of passive investment. How can the company sustain it?

Exabytes server slow?

I just recently purchase a hosting account with Exabytes, I find that the website load time is really really SLOW. I have never hosted my site local in Malaysia and most of the hostings I get outside Malaysia are pretty fast in term of load time. I found that Exabytes has over 600+ site hosted on a single server, that's ridiculous to say the least.

Anyone else have experience with them and can you share on your website load time? I tested a few other sites on the same server as mine and all performed badly. It's a big disappointment so far. Please share if you have sites with them.

I have a main WP theme. But I would like to change the header from the other theme, and also mod how the posts are displayed. I found all the features I like in 3 different WP themes. Need someone to help me combine them into one. Anybody can help?

I know Hotlink will forfeit the balance 30days after the reload validity date.

As that I'm an engineer, i am pretty much dumb to the finacial world.

What does it mean when an company initiated IPO with ordinary share of RMx per unit at issue price of RMy? What are these two prices mean? Anyone can enlighten me?
