How to fix subtitles problem from DVD ripper

I am using imToo DVD ripper, I need to burn with forced subtitles and then trim the video with the subtitles on it.

Actually i used few DVD ripper program and the same thing happens. but when i play the original file and on the subtitles, the subtitles is not retarded.

Anyone can help me? Really appreciate
