Beware of the following renovation contractors up to no good. At pj area. Old senior citizens Friend of mine was cheated by them.

The following were regular contractor as any problem call them to fix but out of a sudden become up to no good cheated by them

Give down payment 40% to buy material
to renovate than missing in action. Call no answer etc
Fix half way than M I A. Missing in action

give alot of excuses kena COVID, no people or worker to help renovate, delay and never buy material and later say price increase etc
Bad temper type . attitude problem even scold people who give job to him

Pretend take measurement and ask to give down payment 20% to buy material in order to renovate than missing in action. Call no answer.

For yr info This guy jackup price and workmanship very lousy poor. Simply do a lousy work and charge at high price. No choice only find him. Lend money from people don't return type beware

Becareful of them they ask for payment first before renovate later difficult to reach them missing in action. terrible contractor.

Beware some contractor.or worker do steal things. Need to monitor them renovating. Alot of missing things encountered

Whatapps no reply, call no answer etc

Proof of conversation between this bad contractor and bank transfer transaction have been kept for proof. Have Tenant staying in the property as witness. Pics and semi videos of the stall renovation for proof

Beware of them up to no good. Hope people out there don't fall for their tricks
