I really need your assistance badly to advice me on Ram ungrading.

My desktop details are as follows:-

Mainboard : Asus A7S333
Chipset : SiS745 CPU to PCI Bridge
Processor : AMD Athlon XP @ 1533 MHz
Physical Memory : 256 MB
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 (Microsoft Corporation)
Hard Disk : MAXTOR (40 GB)
CD-Rom Drive : HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8400B
DVD-Rom Drive : HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4160B
CD-Rom Drive : CD-S520/A
Monitor Type : Samsung SyncMaster - 17 inches
Network Card : DFE-528TX/530TX+/538TX Fast Ethernet Adapter (DL 10038C Chipset)
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.01.2600 Service Pack 2

1) Which type of i needed for the upgrading purpose ?
2) What is the Max & Min Ram allowed to be upgraded?
3) Is there any other upgrading required beside this Ram ?

Kindly specify in details the brand , specification , model of Ram i required to upgrade as i noob about computer parts.
