Broadband dialling problem

Hi fella,

I'm having this broadband problem in my notebook
the problem is I failed to dial my broadband (example, celcom, maxis, digi broadband)
when installed the software and signal is there, everything look promising I start to dial

this is where the problem comes, within 2-3 seconds dialing my screen just go to blue screen with errors IRQL if not mistaken

I have uninstall the broadband software and install back but still fail,
I tried to dial by connecting my blackberry usb cable and try to dial using blackberry desktop also the same thing happen

surprisingly when I try my fren YES dongle, it just work fine, I can go thru websites and surfing, downloading using the YES dongle

but when connect back the broadband modem it fails......

before this I can dial to broadband as usual, but suddently this problem of blue screen appears...

anyone may have solutions for this?

Model: HP Probook 4410s
OS: Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit
Modem broadband: all kind of dongle, USB type, fail (ex: huawei, vodafone)
Blackberry desktop manager: fail
YES dongle: success (the only one)
Wifi: working as usual
LAN: working as usual

Steps has taken before,
I have 4 USB port, and already tried all still fail,
I have go to msconfig and disable everything except modem broadband service,

problem still persist..

65535 eat my cpu usage up to 100%

it eats my cpu usage up to 100%

how do i block or put away this file?
i'm not sure what kind of file is this....
