My home fiber has issue after 1 day of installation, I had reported to their customer service since last saturday. It's already more than 5 days, I keep calling and no action is taken. Waiting TM net is an answer. Am I dealing with TM or Maxis? Why technical dept never give me a call for an investigation? I call everyday! It's wasting my time and money. Their service is sucks!!!!

How to cover the water stain on plaster ceiling

My kitchen and toilet were having some water leakage from the piping to the ceiling. I had fixed the leakage issue and repaint the ceiling. Howevet, the yellow water stain seems like cannot cover fully by normal paint. It will reappear after a while even there is no water leaking. Is there any sealer that can apply to block the stain? Where can i get it?

Late Payment Interest

I am a newbie in purchasing a property. I bought a completed townhouse recently directly from a developer. I was told to pay the late payment interest of 5.5k in order to get my key. It is really ridiculous for me, I had chased the bank lawyer every 3 days but yet the bank released the money so late. I am planning to write an appeal letter to the developer, but i do not familiar with the format and what to write. Anyone with same experience can help?

Listed below with my progress from time to time:

29/7/2014 - Booking fee paid to developer. Property agent claimed that I need to sign the SNP in order to secure the property, so SNP signed.
25/8/2014 - Getting bank loan offer. Down payment paid to developer.
30/8/2014 - Signing an offer letter from Bank.
27/9/2014 - Bank lawyer sending out letter requesting for the necessary document. (for example, billing from developer)
28/10/2014 - 3 mths from SNP, but there is no respond from developer for the billing
4/11/2014 - Received billing from developer.
Bank lawyer had drag me for more than 1 month for the standing instruction.
24/12/2014 - Bank release full payment
9/1/2015 - Received letter from developer stated on late payment interest.

Please give me some advise on this. Thanks.
