Dear All,

I've a problem with my Windows 7 Professional. Firstly, i used Microsoft Security Essential. Suddenly, i found out it was disable. Then Windows Security Center became unable to turn on. I just tried solution from website which to enable it at services.msc but still failed eventhough i do it step by step correctly. I found out that something is wrong which i'm going to paste below:

C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalServiceNetworkRestricted (What is the LocalServiceNetworkRestricted?). Is it something wrong going on? Even worst is my browser got problems when i search something on google. It will redirect automatically to some others websites.

Please help if anyone here know about a proper effective solution. Thank you.

Dear All,

May i know anyone has been involved in professional brokerage services company before or are currently working as it. I got a few question as below:

1) What is the market practice on commission payout by land seller and purchaser?

2) If the land involved between the owner and developer signed under joint venture scheme, what should the broker request for? Commission as well? From both side as well?

3) When should the commission be paid to the broker?

4) Is the payout commission fixed on certain percentage or there's any benchmark like 1.99 million and below is 2% / 2 Million to 4.99 million is 1.5% and 5 million and above is 1% and so on so forth.

5) Any further consideration i need to think of when being a professional brokerage personnel.
