pkns has launched a new apartment project named as kristal heights.
it is located at section 7 shah alam.
near to uitm, unisel, currently- developed shah alam hospital and i-city
price at rm263K for 1003 sqft.
7% bumi discount available.
developer is pkns and it is leasehold.
it is a very hot location in shah alam.

within 1 month, it is almost sold out.
i already booked one unit but just decided to let go my unit due to high commitment.
so, if anybody interested, i can transfer the unit to you. pkns allow it.
but i need to write a letter la.
