What to do if SC mechanic broke my car part?

Hi Lowyat forumers.

I sent my car to Hyundai SC to replace the oil filter. The mechanic later told me the part which holds the filter is broken but he said it was already broken when I came. Which is a lie because I just checked the filter last night, nothing is broken.

It's a very thick cast aluminium part, which means they must have put a lot of force to break it. He told me the filter was screwed too tight. I think he must've broke the holder while removing the filter, because he used a big cast iron caliper to hold the filter holder in place.

He doesn't want to acknowledge his fault though. How do I ask for a replacement part?

Radiator service

So I bought Elantra 2002 and replaced wear and tear parts, car feels good but I freakin didn't service the radiator. After almost 2 years, the rusts were so bad it clogged the radiator and heater core, causing overheat twice and lucky the engine is quite hardy, so I sent the radiator for service, disconnected the heater core and throttle body hoses, sumbat the pipes. No head gasket leak it seems but I poured K-Seal just in case. The shop charged RM100 to korek2 radiator and flush the water jackets. Thermostat still good. Now it's running good again. Had I service it sooner I could've avoided the repair costs and headache, the mechanics I sent to never diagnosed the radiator except one mechanic bawah pokok.

So for you guys who own a car since new, how often do you flush radiator and how often you korek2 it?

Thanks

Must support MFM map (i.e. Garmin or Papago based)
2. Camera at least 1.5MP
3. Support MMS
4. Good battery life
5. Wifi

Must be as cheap as possible, lol.

Please recommend me, thanks!

Which monitor & setting is better?

I want to know your experience/opinion on which monitor setup is better. I want to decide whether to buy 1920x1080 or 1600x900. My card (GT 635M 2GB) cannot run smooth 1920x1080 with AA on, so I left out that option.

Extra note: I can run those 3 options at OK FPS, I just want to know which one looks better graphically. Of course higher res, AA, etc is bestest but my choices are limited to those 3...

Thanks for the votes
