On 14/10/2013 Wed around 10pm, I had an accident with a MYVI, car plate no. WUV362 near Aman Suria to Bayu Puteri that junction. We stop by and talk about how to settling and what not. She gave me her phone number and self address as "Jin". And saying after I fix my BIKE I just send her the bill.

However today when I called the number she gave, the person who picked up the phone said it is not her who had accident etc and start question me as in I am some scammer.

This is the detail she gave me

Identification Card: 820302 14 6026
Phone number: 010 226 0362

Is any one know the owner of the car? Please kindly provide me the info, as I am just a poorfag student. =( gonna suffer for the bill for the bike damage.

Hi, I am new in building abs/ "bulking" up.

First lets start with my details, 69kg, 181cm. Consider slim, 29 waist, relatively small chest/arms/bicep/triceps. The stomach a bit fat/"boosted".

Plan to start slim down on the stomach, and grow about few inches of chest, legs and arms..

And wanted to go with the shorter route -> protein supplement and workouts. instead of daily protein natural food (due to some issue of preparing/ situation of being discipline of constantly eating food at the planned time)

After I read all the Whey and Casein comparison and what not, can't really make a choice between both.

Further more, what's the brand I should take? Any recommendation?

What is the correct or recommended amount to be take? (Basically my planned workout is doing whatever i can with dumbell at home. ie. Squat, pushups, dumbel lift etc until feels the muscle soreness and do for 2-3 days, and rest 1 day; after workout, drink protein shake)

Protein vs kidney

My brother take protein for bodybuilding, but apparently doctor said his kidney consist of protein stain that didn't fully dissolve due to lack of exercise/workout.

The thing is, I asked protein shake sales person and some medical association guy regarding this, they say won't cause protein stain in the kidney.

So I wonder will lack of exercise/workout and didn't transform the protein to muscle and cause that?

Am a laptop user. Is there any difference if using a decent speaker yet motherboard's stock sound card from laptop compare with those decent speaker with decent sound card?

Well, currently have an boston acoustic for component. Any idea what to go next?
Should i get amp and subwoofer instead or amp and 6x9 enough?

Amp will be 4 chnl.

*currently have 6x9 but pecah ady.. want to ask is it true that the speaker that spoil will make the system/headunit spoil too? *not the SQ spoil.
