            <description>My earlier post was deleted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Due to some personal reason. I sell off a property with no profit earning. I was informed by lawyer i do not need to pay tax since no profit gain. However, last week i received a letter from LHDN asking me to pay tax. From the letter :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keuntungan Rm81000&lt;br /&gt;Cukai dikena bayar Rm26730&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. How do they calculate the keuntungan?&lt;br /&gt;2. Why i need to pay tax since i do not gain any profit?&lt;br /&gt;3. Anyway to eliminate the tax?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selling Price Rm300,000&lt;br /&gt;Market Value Rm420,000&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*No refinance. I buy in year 2013, sell in year 2015.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks....</description>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Due to some personal reason, I sell off a property with no profit earning (Sell off at Bank Loan Amount). Initially i was informed by lawyer i do not need to pay tax since I do not gain any profit. However, last week i received a letter from LHDN asking me to pay the tax.             <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If I&amp;#39;m not manage to collect the Strata Titles Duly Registered from the lawyer end. May i know any issue in the future when i sell the property?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; *Unfortunate, I engaged the lousy lawyer firm to do my snp and loan agreement. Had tried to call but none of them(clerk,lawyer and office) pick up my call and email also no feedback. Thinking maybe the lawyer firm already closed down. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Advance thanks all comments.</description>

Reason being i am using their service because they gave me cheaper around Rm300 compare to other lawyers quotation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Property: 10 years old freehold apartment&lt;br /&gt;Snp and loan agreement: Signed on early of January 2015&lt;br /&gt;Close File letter: Signed on middle of August 2015&lt;br /&gt;Bank release the money to lawyer as stakeholder: Early of July 2015&lt;br /&gt;Remaining Bal transfer to owner: Middle of September 2015 after owner get a lawyer to chase for the money&lt;br /&gt;Backdated maintenance fees by owner after deducted from the remaining bal suppose bankin to me by lawyer: Not received yet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It took 11 months and my case still not close yet. During the process, i have to keep chasing them by calling &amp;amp; whatapp them for my case. Me, Agent and Owner get frustrated with their service. Until owner get a lawyer only they release the remaining bal to owner. They are holding my hundred plus backdated maintenance fees and still do not want to bank in to me. I really dont know why they have to keep dragging my case and holding my hundred plus for so long. Right now, call and whatapp them not even want to answer and reply. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seriously, think twice if you wanna get this lawyer firm service. I am paying lawyer fees to get the things done accordingly instead they provided me headache stuffs and terrible service.</description>

            <description>Dear all, pls recommend any good studio or soho unit for ownstay in klang vally. Since im working in kl sentral thus prefer those unit easy access to my working place maybe in Pj, old klang road, taman desa and etc. Prefer in between 20 to 30 minit can reach office by driving. Besides, im concern abt the safety thus need those unit with good security. Dont mind leasehold or freehold. It can be new or subsales unit but less than 5yr. Must come with 1 carpark. If gt 2 more better.Lastly, budget 300k. Would very appreciate all can recommend some. Thank in advanced.</description>

Any issue in future/ troublesome for him if he apply bank loan in KL? or still better wait others bank to open and apply in Johor?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Currently the project only open to UOB bank certain branch in KL only. Others still not yet. According to Sales Agent, He can apply first and later transfer the loan profile to Johor. But i dont how true is it.</description>
