WTB Laptop for running basic engineering software

Hi guys!

As per title, i need to find a new laptop for runing some basic engineering softwares, my budget only RM2000 and max RM3000,

can i get suggestion on which model i should go? prefer model year 2017 as i dont want to get outdated laptop/clearence stock spec product.

If that is posible? please suggest me some.

Power Door Doesnt locking

Hi guys,

My car recently just started to failed locking my driver's side door, it doesnt come down. No noises of failed motor or mechanical sound, it just doesnt come down, sometimes it worked, sometimes it doesnt. Other doors is okey.

Anyone have experience on this problem? Might be wiring or mechanical parts? i saw in youtube most ppl fix the spring, i believe mine is not the spring "yet" .

Any roughly cost just to check the problem from a accessories car shop?

Hi guys,

Anyone can recommend me a new 2016 DoubleDin HU within my budget? have only RM2k to spend, which i think more than enough, lower is always better.

What im seeking is, it will support my current rear camera (prefer to have line info) , have usb (i always use this for my music), must have built in gps for navigation (updated if posible) , some moving graphics when playing music (i dont know what to call that) just to avoid boring display on HU, android/ipod supported is always better (optional), dvd is optional too (no time to watch).

Thats all, i already look into lazada, all HU is outdated and i dont know the performance. Im using stocks speakers in my toyota Wish.

Need advice on changing my gaming PC casing

Hi guys,

I need an advice on my gaming pc casing NZXT H440, for other type of casing that will help to lower my cpu temperature. (casing fan setup, front intake , rear exhaust, radiator fan push fan setup)

I need help on choosing a good, proven, reliable casing brand for good airflow. (NZXT H440 is a very closed casing, thats why i think the airflow is not that good for me)

My current i7-4790k cpu cooler is Corsair GTX H100i ,

which im getting a weird temperature since day 1 i installed it, no oc on idle (49-55c) while gaming ( 75-88c+++),

meanwhile, if i oc to 4.6ghz which stable at @1.18~1.19v , on idle (55~60c) while gaming ( 75~89c++) , and also if im using burntest or stability software like prime55,the tempt will reach to (99~101c)

meanwhile again, my gtx970 never reach 80c while gaming.

So, in conclusion, i dont know either my Casing airflow is the problem, my CPU is just a bad chip, or my watercooling Corsair H100i GTX not doing its job properly.

Hi guys, i just got some money from Toto, lol!

Need advise on changing my front "crap speaker i dunno what brand must be fake" that i want to change.

I just changed some of my old audio system without doing research here 1st. (now regret) i bought all that from the tokey advise:

HU: Pioneer DEH-3450UB for RM320 4chnl (Product Link)

AMP: Ameron AMA504 4chnl for RM300 (Product Link)
forgot the model but the amp colour is likely like this guy owned.

Rear 6"x9" speaker: Blaupunkt BGX 693 HP 240w for RM300 (Product Link)

The price i paid overkill or normal?? i spend almost RM1k for all the setup. just notice that my HU is 2012 version
so far my rear speaker outperform my front speaker! the sound and bass very good and im impressed by it after they complete the installation in my car 3 days ago.

Now im thinking to change my front speaker with the quality and not cheating price i can get.
Need advise for sifus here to guide me. My budget will be RM200~500. i dont mind to spend the money just for the quality and true price.

BTW my car is Satria GTi. The speaker will be located at my front doortrim with 5~6.5" speaker box. i want to spend my money wisely!

currently im waiting my GTX 580 for RMA, maybe a month from now..i need a new GC to be use as my temporary card for my pc..

need help what GC i should get, after i get back my GTX 580, this new card i intend to use it only for 2ndary card..

soo, which card is posible to be use as PhysX card that i heard it can be done right?

my budget maybe <RM400..is it enough??? long term use..

my pc spec is in my signature..
