No more google rank due to paid post!

I lost my google rank due to the paid post..can i get my google rank back after i delete the paid post?
I have read some of the guide line in google and found that we can put a "rel="nofollow" at the link of that paid post.But i don't know how to do that on blogspot...anyone can help me?

After blogging for two weeks ++,i found that it is really not and easy mission to generate traffic.Besides i start to think that what type of blog is consider a good blog?
I have see many blogger,they use different blog for different category of topic,is that consider a good blog?Cos my blog is 'rojak',i post whatever i like..So how to judge a blog? by its traffic?By good design of blog? hope can get some comment from expert here..thanks..if don't give comment to my blog too,so i can do some improvement.
