Mini DV - JVC

I had a JVC mini DV which I was using since 2002 and there are many tapes, which I have yet to transfer to any form of digital media.

I used to transfer the recorded video from mini DV to DVD using firewire (IEEE 1394) using Windows XP and it was perfect.

The issue now is that with the current Windows 11, the JVC mini DV recorded is not recognised. No driver in Windows 11 that can recognise the device.

Any bro and sis can help? I preferred to capture it myself using my current laptop, Lenovo Idealpad Gaing 3.

USB problem in Win XP sp2

Recently I'd just replace a MB (MSI 875P socket 478).

I had then installed everything as per guide book.

I then setup the BIOS to read the SATA HDD.

Windows run when PC booted and prompt for driver installation which I'd installed accordingly. Upon completion of the drivers installation, I restarted the PC. Everythings works fine ( I thought) and only discovered that all the USB port is not working.

I then uninstalled all the USB Root Hub and reinstalled them again using windows auto detection on hardware. After the installation it works fine.

However, after every reboot (off and on PC again) All the USB having the same problem again. After repeating the steps above, it work fine again.

One more thing, during the reinstallation, windows prompt that the hardware is not comply with Win XP. I click continue anyway and get it installed.

Please help!
