Satria Body Question

i got a few question that is
1st
are those satria 1.3 and 1.6 chassis have it own different ??
2nd
if i mod the satria 1.3 body with a 1.8 or 2.0 CC engine in will there have any chassis problem ? (like break or pecah separuh ??)

because many many satria 1.8gsr or 2.0evo in satria body 1.3 ....
and i wanted 2 buy but then scare have chassis problem with it........ and all those seller with 1.3 satria chassis already done JPJ endorsment....... so 100% can pass JPJ .......

BTW i ask so much is not about JPJ endorsement is about safety ........ using a HIGH power ENGINE in a 1.3 chassis is abit scary ...... so before i make a move wanted to understand wat is the COns and Pro by buyying a High power engine in a 1.3 satria body.....

a satria with a 1.6 body year 1997
already endos to vr4
will this car kena in road block or jpj block ??
or should i just buy a satria 1.6body with a gsr heart ??

my friend
driving a caberator NISSAN N13 LONG TAIL........
my friend caberator is having some problem now ......
the mech say change engine .....
and the mech found a halfcut caberator BOT on TURBO engine that FIT the engine bay for NISSAN N13 long TAIL

because of caberator is more into hardware tune right ?? not more into ECU and management tuning right ??
so because of this my friend asking should he buy a caberator BOT on TURBO engine or just REPAIR the ENGINE caberator only ??

dude to i am a bit noob on caberator
so asking for help can caberator after bot on can have management like those injectors engine(motec, haltech or even e-manage) ??
will caberator BOT on have limitation ??
can caberator be mod as injectors car ?? meaning is, injectors can be tune with management for more power but so do caberator ??

my budget is 4k+/-
my asignment is using microfost word only not for grafic design use, my gaming mean can play games from old - new

what brand also can..

must have this:
15inch or above
must have grafic card.....
play games smooth wont lag on middle settings (for some games) new games can play with low settings also can ,best is can play middle settings also

this is optional
got many function keys like touch sensor mute,touch sensor volume , touch sensor wifi heys and so on ETC.......

dont want USED unit must new unit and dont post higher then 4K- 4.5K price pls

need help here just get the delta fan the delta fan was too loud....
the seller told me that the delta can be lower the rpm........ but i forgot le
he say just change the wire dun know what colour change top and what colour change btm....
any 1 know my seller he on9 now sad sad
