Dear all IT experts,

I'm currently facing a problem on connecting to the internet by using my Dell laptop. Last few days after I logged it off for about an hour, when I logged in again, I clicked the user account but failed. As it said 'the resources are not enough to be.....'. So, I was forced to click the icon 'switch user'. And then, it opened back again and operate as per normal. May I know what had happened here?

However, I noticed that my laptop is no connected aymore., even though connections are available, which there is a duplicate of the wireless network connection on the list (ie. The original name is HD whereas the duplicated one is HD 2).

I believe it's because of my change on the user to Administrator. Can any experts tell me step by step what I shd do and how I can use back my existing user instead of the Administrator?

Can't access microsoft websites

Hi guys!

I need help here.. as I'm unable to access the microsoft websites, which include msn.com, messenger.com, hotmail.com... well, you name it!

Sigh..the worst is I can't even log on my msn (ver. 7.5). Guys, can anyone tell me what's the problem and what can I do so that I could log on my msn?

Btw, I've no problems accessing other websites and my firewall is "off".
