Claiming tint is warranty

Hi guys,

Anyone had previously claim warranty for tinting problems from Huper Optik?

Mine had problems within the warranty period and i was told that Smartwindow(distributor) will only pay for the tint and that the labour charges will be borne by me as i am not claiming from the dealer which i installed my tint.(installed in labuan but now based in Perak)

Previously i dealt with ecotint, all was free.

hello all,

Cant find any thread to fit this in. This is my 2007 honda city idsi. When switch on the aircond, this fan(red arrow) did not on. even after rev alot, it still wont turn on while the other 1 works.

Is it faulty? if so, what exactly that fan is and roughly how much to fix?

hi,

I just purchased one...i can access it via my own router(home network) but when i try it elsewhere, i cant access it. i tried portforwarding and still could not resolve it.im using dlink d-2640t router.

Getting fed up with k3656, always idle and slow although 5 bar hsdpa.

Planning to get Sierra modem(heard that it is much more stable and faster).

So, what is the difference between Sierra 885U and Sierra Apex 880? The price is similar..which is better?

bubbling sounds in honda city

Im currently using a 2007 idsi city.

Why is that when i stop the car after driving,(off aircond, off radio), i can hear some bubbling sound from the bottom of the car?(under the rear seats)is it normal?

What does it mean?

Plus, how old is the tyre to be considered as old stock at tyre shops?

RON92 petrol to be replaced by RON95

KUALA LUMPUR: The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry has decided to replace RON92 petrol with RON95 petrol by the middle of next year.

Minister Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad said that the decision was made based on feedback from car manufacturers that most cars in Malaysia would be able to use RON95.

“That is what we found based on their feedback, but they have yet to confirm that in writing,” he told the press after presenting the F&N Out-Do Yourself Awards here on Thursday.

He said that the retail price for RON95 petrol would be the same as RON92, which is currently set at RM1.80.

However, he said the matter had not yet been brought up to the Cabinet, and he hoped to do so in the first quarter of next year.

Shahrir said that issue now was that many petrol stations on the Klang Valley did not have RON92, as oil companies found it more convenient to just provide only RON97 petrol.

“There is no difference in the profit for the oil companies, whether it’s RON97 or RON92.

“But for consumers, there is a difference as the RON92 price is cheaper than RON97 by 10sen. Not having RON92 in many petrol stations means consumers have fewer choices,” he said.

RON or Research Octane Number refers to how resistant the fuel is to detonation or “knocking” -- higher numbers are more suitable for high-performance engines.

Just 1 quesiton, i now have 1gb ram(1 more empty slot)..Can i add 2gb into the empty slot instead of 1gb?any problem in doing so?
