I try to make a video call but it failed, and according to the service center operator, they will activate my 3G service within 24 hours.<br /><br />my question is:<br />1. how can I check whether my 3G service is up and available?<br /><br />2. once the 3G service is up, is that means I will be able to make a video call without further setting?<br /><br />3.
