this is regarding my friend, she having relationship problem. wanted a good advice to sort it out.

My friend going into some unsteady relationship, she purchase a car with her boyfriend to use last year. she's the owner of the car. The month of June, she got transfer to another town to work. So she leave her car for her boyfriend to use. When she came back last month, she notice her car is not with her boyfriend anymore cause all the car decoration and accessories already pack in a box. She ask him where is the car, he say he borrowed to a friend to drive....

after all the checking and etc, she finally find out her boyfriend already sold her car to one of his friend.she called his friend regarding the whereabout of the car, the car is sold to him, he already put downpayment into her boyfriend account and already paid last month payment. He told her that he's going to pay into her account of the next repayment.

My friend is being unstable and a confuse situation after she argue with her boyfriend. she now starting to talk suicidal, which alert me. she and her boyfriend are going to marry next year. she loses part of her savings because of him.

My question is I don't understand how he can sold the car without her consent if she the owner? what better advice i can give her? can she bring him to court?

Account closure Rm10 charge

Today i closed my saving account in Public Bank, i haven't use for a while cause too far from my office.

The teller told me there is handling charges of RM10.00 for closing account. i was shock! what ! if not mistaken that closing account less than 3 month got chargesmah. i open account since 2002 wei. No convince i ask the teller for any sort of notice, memo or what ever proof. He didn't provide me any, he even ask his colleague and his officer. he even told me if i want to save my RM10.00, i should withdraw it and left RM1 in the account for 1 year, then the account would be closed automatically. my time is running out, so i accepted the charges and left the place immediately.

i felt i was cheated. ok RM10 is not huge, but come on. they eat up my RM10 for closing my account. any good idea how to handle this? is email them asking for explanation or got direct to BNM?
