Strange problem

need some experts' POV here.

Below is my pc spec:
C2D E8600 + Gecube HD3870 + Muskin HP2 (2x2GB) + Asus P5E + 3WD HDD + Corsair TX650W

Here's the problem in sequence:
Day 1: PC able to start normally, able to play games, do all stuffs without a problem; during the night, i left my pc run overnite to download some stuff.
Day 2: Same as day 1 but off my pc before i went to sleep
Day 3: When left my pc off overnight (power supply is ON), my pc can't start at the morning itself; pressed power but nothing happened. Motherboard LED is showing normal. I've tried to switch to another PSU but still the same. Have no choice but to let it be...
Day 4: Still not able to start. Let it switched off completely by turn off the PSU.
Day 5: after i came back from work, PC can now start.

The problem happened since last week, and similarly i left the pc idle for 2 days, i was able to start it again.

Is there anyone has idea what hardware has defected? One more thing is when i turned on power, the LED of motherboard blinked 1 time and turn to constant green.

RAM voltage

will a lower motherboard voltage will causing any system error if use a RAM that slightly higher than the maximum voltage that the mb can support??
currently i'm using CMX512-3200XLPRO, which requires a minimum 2.75vdimm(as i check from the internet)...but my motherboard(P4P800-X) maximum vdimm is 2.675(as i check from BIOS options).
can this be causing the problem such as when heavy load, windows will freeze and required to reset...and even sometimes windows cannot boot....

Can't use hibernate

I'd facing this problem since I get a new WD SATA2 HDD and used together with my old IDE HDD(WD too). Since my motherboard (P4P800-X) cannot support SATA2, i've set the jumper to SATA-1..however, I'd the problem using the Hibernate feature of Windows. Everytime I switched on the PC from Hibernate mode, my IDE-HDD seems undetected and I had to restart my PC to get my IDE-HDD working.

Is there any setting need to be done before using Hibernate with 2 different HDD? Or it's impossible to get things done??

Ps: MODEL for SATA2 HDD is WD2500JS and IDE HDD is WD800JB...
