frustrated scenario in new company

recently I joined a new IT software company in Penang. My immediate superior always travels. So far, I have met him 1 time in the past 1 month. Every time I met him, it had less than 2 hours to teach me about the system. We have another staff who is working with job fuction related to me. In this case, I assume he knows the system very well. Everytime I asked him questions. He would tell me he does not know. So I picked up the skill of this system in very slow progress.

I am very frustrated.

I am very independent in my previous company. It is super small company, nobody will teach me. Tools of famous brand were used to develop a system in old company, tool with a well known brand will have plenty of knowledge documentation on their website. So I still could use online resource to learn & troubleshoot the system myself even though there was nobody teaching me in old company.

Now, the system in my new company was developed internally by another dept in other country. Documentation is required to get from this dept. Since it is internally developed, no info or documentation about this system can be found in internet. I am still new, I am having difficulty to find out who are person in charge of this oversea dept to get more info.

In this scenario, what is ur best advice for me to learn the system as soon as possible?

Hello to all forex traders,

If you are full time Forex Trader, I want to ask you the following questions?
1) Do we ( Malaysian) need to pay income tax for any Forex earning?
2) If you are full time trader, how do you declare your financial status when you want to buy property, buy car?
Definitely, banks require you to provide any statement about your financial status?
