I would like to find out as a pr in Malaysia, when the scenario is I am holding an account in Hong Kong bank, if I were to purchase a car by cash, do I have to pay for any tax (other than import tax) and if yes, how much will it be?

my friend got cheated by an indonesian guy who said he could do renovation, and my friend paid him some deposit....

he started off with some works, ended up MIA with half of the jobs done...the house is in a total mess now...

all we have is the contact number of his...is it possible to trace his address from the number? i mean he must have registered upon purchasing new prepaid pack right?

please advise....what should my friend do now?

Hi, i am currently studying but about to graduate for bachelor degree in tourism management and engineering soon, 1 and half month time. my uni require students to go for a 2 months internship and i thought i would like to give a shot to work abroad, i can even extend the duration as long as i got the company agreement and necessary documents...

Anyone can give me some advices or recommendation...im thinking about london....but others will take into consideration as well~~

bad matter here...
i just format my pc (windows xp services pack 3) and haven't install any anti virus softwares..

and then i got an error report (not sure what problem) its about data execution prevention. (windows explorer error)
p/s: sometimes will auto restart pc.....sigh...

after i've install the free avg...here comes below's :

any pros can come and help me...i reli dunno wat to do now...
