Kind of interested at Beverly Resident located at BU11. This land is actually belongs to Kayu Ara but the developer managed to open the entrance thru BU. <br /><br />Details of the property:-<br />Property type: Townhouse<br />Tenure: Leasehold<br />Built-Up: 1260 <br />Bedrooms: 2+1 <br />Bathrooms: 2<br /><br />This is a new subsale unit which the key just handed over at the end of last year. The asking price now is around RM350k. Is this worth buying?<br /><br />I see beside the townhouse is fencing up for new development.
