My Pc cannot turn on at all

Heres my problem, Im just buying new cooler maser storm scout casing and assemble my previous pc system (can see at my siggy) by myself last night, and it works fine like charm. Testing it every single side of my new casing and works fine too,(usb, power button, fans, esata and etc)

The problems starts today when I want to turn on to do my work and suddenly, it just blank and turn off by itself.
When I check to turn back on, it cannot be turn on anymore just died like that. And then i look on the side panel of my pc it doesnt shows any sign of light from my mobo (usually, when have power wattage, i can see my mobo heatsink that have ROG logo have light on and other led light is on too even i dont push my front power button)

And then I suspected my PSU not work, I checked back all the connector from my PSU to my mobo,GPU,HDD,DVD. Pull back the connector and assemble back in......
and....still not works I tought my power cord cable have problem so I switch other power cord and the result is still same

Heres my system rig:

Mobo : Crosshair II Formula
Gpu: Sapphire Radeon HD 5850
PSU: Xigmatek NRP-PC502

I need ur opinion about this problem, and, how to check if its really my psu problem or it really died? or have other problem like my mobo?

HELP! my VISTA suddenly freeze and hang! Have this problem last night.

the problem begins after I clean up the proc fan that have many dust inside it.
After boot up..watching movie for 15 minutes, my OS suddenly freeze..cannot do anything except hard reset

Anyone can fix this problem or anyone encountered this prob? I'm really fed up to hard reset many times of my pc.
