recently there's some people in RWI had gone to great heights to bait people swaying off topics and making generalizations

the most recent actions was removal on few sensitive posts but that was like, a month ago, certain people still run amok and he is still free albeit multiple reports were done (ok, so my report contents was silly also...)

will there be a clean up?

WTA: Getting new PSU

i had certain plans to upgrade my current 6yo pc before phasing it out for more process oriented (like getting a windoze 7 and staring at nana-tan all day) and lesser gaming usage so i bought a Sapphire 3650 AGP to replace my current radeon 9550 AGP yesterday. my supposedly 400w PSU somehow went off with a loud bang, a fried plastic smell and setting off the circuit breaker after i had replaced it.... luckily i still kept the old 230w PSU and revert back to my old gc, login to WoW about it...

will be going to lowyat *again* to get the new PSU later after work. My questions are:

1. it is obvious that i should get a minimum 300w PSU to get the new gc working, any recommendation?

2. i asked my h/w savvy college for help and according to him (after he shook his head over my stupidity of blowing up a PSU), it might be caused of the PSU was running multiple +12v rails, instead of a single +12v rail. What should i check for when i'm getting a new PSU replacement and how should i know? i tried asking uncke google but it's too technical... and i'm still doing my work ~~on cleaning up my mess~~ in office...

disclosed specs after the 'explosion' for me old pc for reference:

Intel Pentium 4 3.2Ghz HT (not extreme edition)
1 SATA1 80gb hdd
1 IDE 160gb hdd
1 Radeon 9550 (HD 3650 should be here )
1 USB device (linksys wireless thing)
1 average 230w PSU (what i'm looking for to replace the blown one)
