pcie x16 problem

my mobo is asus m4a78e , the pcie slot @ bottom support x16 and the upper 1 only support x8. my problem is my gc have to put on the upper slot because the bottom 1 have no space for my dual slot GC which is occupied by 2 pci slot underneath ( wireless card & sound card). Is there anyway to solve this issue to let my GC run @ x16 ?

The next day, the employee recieved this letter of reply:

After the NOvember presidential elections things may turn bad.

hope its not a reposta over here, the story its like this :

A young husband comes home one night, and his wife throws her
arms around his neck: "Darling, I have great news: I'm a month
overdue. I think we're going to have a baby! The doctor gave me a
test today, but until we find out for sure, we can't tell anybody."

The next day, a guy from the electric company rings the door-bell,
because the young couple hasn't paid their last bill: "Are you Mrs.
Smith? You're a month overdue, you know!"

"How do YOU know?" stammers the young woman.

"Well, ma'am, it's in our files!" says the man from the electric
company.

"What are you saying? It's in your files?????"

"Absolutely."

"Well, let me talk to my husband about this tonight."

That night, she tells her husband about the visit, and he, mad as a
bull, rushes to the electric company offices the first thing the next
morning.

"What's going on here? You have it on file that my wife is a month
overdue? What business is that of yours?" the husband shouts.

"Just calm down," says the clerk, "it's nothing serious. All you
have to do is pay us."

"PAY you? and if I refuse?"

"Well, in that case, sir, we'd have no option but to cut yours off."

"And what would my wife do then?" the husband asks.

"I don't know. I guess she'd have to use a candle."

no boot choice

hey all the pros out there, i am having a problem right now.
i am currently using vista and i juz install xp on the other partition, after installation when startup the computer, it just din prompt any boot choice and it just startup xp and i cant assess vista... any solution to bring up the boot choice prompt ??

when i start my IE it display a msg "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" even when i type whatever website like www.google.com it stills display the same msg.... i wonder whats the prob.... the internet connection is funtion just the IE is not functioning....

vrtual memory low problem(urgent)

guys i recieve this msg from window when i starup my pc

Your system is low on virtual memory.Window is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file.

now my desktop is completely empty and it cant run any application!!! Can any1 hle me solve this prob ???
