I've saw property at Nusa Mewah Villa condominium selling at Rm300++ for 800sf.

What I've read for this developer was previously bankrupt and a n australian developer company take over.

I was wondering why lots of ppl selling it as they jst took their key by this year June,2014.

I wanted to buy for own stay.

I need to setup a broadband-wifi as I'm going to work from home for a month.. which means i need to back to my hometown- Teluk Intan and I need the internet access to work.

I need a strong and stability connection.

Any recommendation?

Currently, I'm using Celcom for my hp when i get back to my hometown only certain area of my house got 3G only and dont talk bout Digi is sucks anywhere.. I cant get a normal reception even for normal call.

I've been looking for more than 5 houses around Cheras area include Taman Cheras Perdana, Taman Segar and Taman Midah.

Price of the sub-sale after less than 300k which affordable for me buy it, unfortunately most of the houses are far beyond from Market Value Price Estimate by bank: 224k

I need to vomit 76k + the 10% deposit which about 100K.

I'm really feel so frustrated!!!

Please advice I'm in dilemma...

Dear LYN-er,

I've been working in this company almost 2 years.. I just get my increment and is less then RM100 and my bonus less than a month.

My main problem is people in the company is kinda sucks... only care for sales team but not the supporting teams and will get blame from sales team if got any failure.......If you are BIG people in the company u can work from home... SMALL sesame like me can't. BIG people always have their right....kind of sickening when superior set the rule and we strict with it , ppl from sales team poke us at behind and it become a personal issues..

should I resign or continue stick with company?

The company's benefits as per below:

Work for 4 and half day : BUT Monday - Thursday need to work extra 1 hour to cover back the Friday half day.
9am - 7pm or 8am -6pm : Most of the time can go on the dot.

Medical Fees: RM1000 include dental

Insurance: Covered

EPF: Employer 16%

Maternity Coverage: Normal Delivery RM2,000 Caesarean RM2,500 Miscarriage RM1,000

I'm in dilemma. I'm worried once i've resign company out there is there same~~~

By the way, this is my 1st job...........
