I'm personally from this furniture industry. I've seen some country are slowing moving to purchase furniture & home decor through online. By this, I didn't mean they are buying everything from online. Most of the people will tend to try out those product like

-Home Decor
-Rugs
-Coffee Table
-Kitchen utensil
-Storage Area

Mostly these customer start from purchasing small & cheaper product before they've trust in the brand to conduct big ticket purchase. I've witness some country like united states, India, Europe & Australia are already transforming this industry. I bet the "high mark-up" in the furniture industry is already an open secret to the public. But people still have to go through this process, perhaps they are not many alternative offered in Malaysia.

Some of the companies that have online portal are:

Ikea
Lazada

I only can figure out a few in Malaysia.
I know the biggest deciding factor for people to believe in buying furniture online is " I need to feel the product before I buy". Other than that, technology can solve most of the problem like:

Expensive furniture (due to operating cost of retailer, showroom, staff, last mile deliverly & inventory )
Comparing price for product ( You will need to have a lot of time to get the best deal unless you are lucky)
Design ( I don't know why I find most of the furniture in Malaysia is very old fashion)
Transparency of company ( Do you find some furniture tend to eat you up if you have no knowledge on furniture)

I would like your viewpoint in this regarding the physical store AKA showroom

Desktop Black out BUT there is a window explorer..

hey guys I have this problem quite a number of time(after the start up screen everything is black out), but what I can do is reformat it...
But NOW, my pc is facing this problem too..but is different, I can see the Window explore but not the desktop and all the tool bar and start button, can anyone figure out what had happen to my pc?

Do you think restore will solve this problem?

I print screen it..no start up button, no toolbar, no desktop ntg at all......only the window explore show up.

hello everyone.

Im SPM holder here and i would like to seek for advises from all of you.Do you think this think concept is right or....

for my Diploma study I just go for a cheaper college to complete it and my degree i will transfer to a better University to take it.

oil crisis would affect the job of a pilot?

I am a aspiring pilot.

I planned to enroll to flying school privately when I finished my SPM.
But with the petrol oil rising crisis, many airlines were closed and this show the aviation industries are having the problem.

I think it will surely affect the job for a pilot.
Any pilot here and I would like if you share your opinion with me about should I still continue for my dream to become a pilot or give up.

As the fees for study is expensive about 200k++ i affraid I couldn't get a job after I graduade.

just leave some comments even you are not a pilot.
