i heard that 1st class student under PTPTN cn apply for 'pelepasan bayaran balik pinjaman'? wat is the cgpa for 1st class student? i also heard that different uni different cgpa for 1st class..how about PTPTN, wat is the cgpa for PTPTN first class?
