            <title>Part time Engineering Degree in Klang Valley</title>

            <description>My brother-in-law just finished his B-Tech Diploma in local college and is now looking to study part time engineering degree - either Electrical or Mechanical.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The reason he needs to study part time is due to family commitments &amp;amp; financial constrainst - so need to work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any advice on which uni offers part-time degree and not too expensive?</description>
