[WTA] Feature wall cum store room

Elo, does anyone has done a featured wall cum store room before or any design can share? Is it very expensive to installed one?? or can we DIY to make it?? the store room door feels a bit eye-sore to me, so thought of making a cabinet under the staircase, but price quoted was bit pricey or can put on wallpaper on it?

Below is the sample I got from the show house unit, please don't mind the blur image on the left side of the stair, as i plan to built up brick wall for it

Not entitled maternity leave~HELP

I just lost my baby last 2 weeks..baby's heartbeat stopped, I had an induced birth in government hospital and hospital gave me a declaration letter that I give birth to my baby, my baby was 25 weeks old and weighed 805g...I was so devastated already, nurse told me I'm considered as maternity leave already so they refused to give me MC..

I passed the documents to my HR and I keep follow up with them on my request for maternity leave, AFTER 2 weeks they told me I'm NOT entitled for maternity leave cos I'm less than 28 weeks,(according to labour law) and since I'm absent, they going to deduct my annual leave and balance deduct as unpaid leave...unless I got MC from hospital (but hospital already stated I'm indeed give birth and they follow WHO which stated tht it is considered as labour for > 22weeks with baby weight at least 0.5kg)..

Can anyone advise me in terms of legislation in malaysia? I'm confused d...sad..and angry with my HR at the same time

Mentally Split ~family Opposition

I've had numerous of relationship which ended up either being oppose by parents or we breaks off, it already give me a very low self esteem to commit in love again as all the suitor I found and bring back to meet my parents was deliberately rejected, and I got so upset and of course, quarrel,arguements,crying, splits and so on so forth..it makes me so tired and afraid to get into relationship with the knowledge of my parents...

last year, I'm in love with a friend whom I've knew for 4 years,but when I was introduced to him that time, he was 'married', but eventually divorced because his wife filed a divorce (she had no more feelings towards him anymore, living with or without him is the same)...that time he went to China to work and flied back to Msia because of his family problem...they had a daughter which now under the wife's custody...so we actually still keep in touch but not in a closed way, just that it was a coincident that he worked in my company (different branches), he was in PG and I'm in KL, then we eventually developed feelings for each other, so..I told my mum that this guy is interested with me, and of course mum opposed it coz he's a divorced man! though he is 9 years older than me, but actually he's a pleasant guy, no bad habit,stable income,stable work...we were in great stress actually in addition to the 'distance' issue and some more the issue with my parents...they don't want to meet him at all! just say that he doesn't meet their criteria, so what for to meet him? (well, actually he did meet the criteria, but because he's divorced and much older than me, so they shut him away)...I really don't know what can I do, recently they have been calling to my friends to ask whether I've been dating the guy as I've mentioned in this post, and I was so upset to get to know it from my friends...both of us are under so much pressure, the worst still, we're currently long distance... so much of obstacle and I don't know he's the one for me or not...what if his ex-wife comes back again, though he said that it won't happen,but they have a daughter... but we know that we love and cherish each other...why can't they (my parents) understand it...just how long they wan to see me suffer like this? I do know that there are things that are not meant to be told...but sometimes we accidentally blurt it out because we think that is not going to have any chemistry between us, but still,cupid still struck on us in the end,bringing us together and once parents knew about it,then the 'war' comes in...My mum keep on picking on my words saying that I wouldn't consider him, but yet I ended up with him (coz I felt that he was the one I'm waiting for,despite his failed marriage,he does have some good qualities in him) I'm actually 'old' enough to step out of the house...clock is ticking and I really don't want to wait further...i'm 28 this year...and I really hope for a relationship to blossom, but my parents is making a lot of obstacle for me and yet, I don't dare to moved out from them...I'm so afraid of hurting them and even more afraid of losing him who loves me dearly....he will travel every 2-3 weeks to KL to meet me up, but I can't even tell my parents that I'm meeting him because they will stop/don't allow me to go out...pathetic...

Help~Christmas gift for him..

Christmas is coming and I'm cracking my head (let the brain flows....) to find a gift for my boyboy...but I don't know what to buy for him coz..:
1. He does not have/like any collective item (duh...)
2. Wallet? ( He just got a new one recently..)
3. Not in favour on spa or massagy or cosmetic thingy
4. Shirt? (Too skinny d...hard to find size...need to bring him go and try 1)
5. Perfume? ( He don't like that, said irritate his nose)

Guys or Girls out there...do help me out~~ My budget is about RM100-150~
