Sony VS Panasonic 4K TV

Im looking for 4k 49" TV, and narrow down to these choices.
All these model below RM4k

Heard that panasonic is much more stable but sony is better in picture quality.
Dunno which one to choose
Any one own the following tv can give some comment?

1. Sony 49" 4K X700D

car air filter

recently just bought a used car, then I just take out the air filter and check whether is it dirty or not,

it looks like still quite new, there is a date label on the outside cover, just around 4 months old.

after I put back in the air filter, and start my car and aircond,

suddenly I can smell some bad smell from air cond, I thought just temporary, 1 day later I still can smell the same smell after I on my air cond

does that mean I need a new replacement? or the smell will gone after few days later?

just nw i play diablo 3 half way then suddenly the screen pop up some weird shapes... lots of unequal triangle shape...
then i try it with onboard hd4000 then no problem at all...

then i try to play movie and i can see lots of black pixel running around the screen...

i just use this card few days only.. omgg...

anyone face this problem b4???

im a fresh graduate and i got these 2 offers right now

1. MNC offer rm3000 for r&D engineer.. the environment and reputation of this company are quite good..
my job scope - vision system development in c++

2. small company offer rm2500 for software developer.. the environment is not that good.. quite old building
this company was established 10+ years ago...
my job scope - deal with web technologies in java + database

actually im more interested in second option... but the offer from MNC is much more attractive
which make me very confused now=.=

i really don't know which way to choose

currently im using 512mb with modem package...

issit possible that we can straight away change it to 1mb line WITHOUT modem package? (without terminate the line first)

becuz i plan to purchase a new modem next week so tm net modem will be useless for me...

what we need to do just bring our modem to telekom centre and ask for package upgrading??

currently im using fujitsu sata hard drive and i get 5.3 rating for my windows experience index in vista...

previously i use WD and i get 5.5 rating for it

izzit a huge difference if we just see on the rating?? can we judge its performance by just looking at the rating?? i mean izzit reliable??

if 5.3 vs 5.5 differ alot .. i think ill change it back..

if got 2 options which u one u choose in term of performance ... capacity doesnt really matter to me....
