Health supplement items got held by airport custom

All,

I was in Penang airport back from oversea and my health supplement items purchased from oversea was held by custom due "barangan tersebut tidak berdaftar dengan Pihak Berkuasa Kawalan Dadah seperti yang dikehendaki di bawah peraturan 7(1) Peraturan-peraturan Kawalan Dadah & Kosmetic 1984". Custom official told me to get permission from Penguatkuasa Farmasi Negeri Pulau Pinang. And after I met the "Penguatkuasa Farmasi" official , she said that I can only bring 1 month supply in Malaysia, which is less than half of quantity I bring in. The rest will be confiscated. I very piss with the decision.

Anyone have any idea how to appeal this? BTW, items are Vitamin C, Fish oil, and Glucosomine.
