NGIU KEE CORP

Sarawak-based Ngiu Kee Corp Bhd (NKCB), the company has been in regular negotiations with the financial institution to restructure the company including the capital reduction and M&A. The company will continue to engage the financial institution for their consideration to agree to our proposal. The supermarket operator said it would be able to fulfil its trading commitments to its suppliers. Its share price is very very low, once the company get their track, the share price should on the rise. Any comment ?
IPOWER

BRIEF :

I-Power is the only IBM Premier Business which has the IBM e-Business Adviser status in Malaysia and first and only IBM accredited On-demand Business Partner in Malaysia and Asia Pacific and one of only two in Asia. It's also Malaysia’s best IBM eBusiness Solutions Partner and the only SAP Partner to have four E-Solutions NetWeaver certified in Malaysia.

It has RM30m orderbook and has potential net profit growth. Strong cash flow, zero borrowings, net cash was equivalent to about RM32m and will improve further when the sale pick up in near term.

In the term of recovering world economy, The IBM's sale will surely increase and this will reflect the earning and profit of I-Power by 2010.

Reports from brokerage firm last year still maintain BUY for this stock ( may be outdated ). This company also aim to tranfer to main market from ace market by exercising private placement or bonus issue or both. I think this could spur the share prise.

ANY COMMENT ???

Since the recession is behind us, some of the counter is yet to move up. One of them is DPS, which listed as consumer product in main market.
This counter is quite good and has the potential to go up . Anyone can comment since the share price still low, 0.150 ( NTA 0.680 )

TQ
