Help on Maxis/Unifi Fibre Optic Extra charges

Hi guys

I need help here

As i know, the fibre optic connection (landed property) works like this:

PDP -----------> FTB ------------------> BTU

1st 15m free for connection from FTB to BTU. (Anyway, for my house the distance between FTB and BTU is <10m)

Is Maxis or TM eligible to charge me for connection from PDP to FTB? I made appointment for Maxis Fibre optic installation, then he brought a guy wearing TM shirt to install the 10Mbps package. Quote me RM400 extra charges for PDP --> FTB connection I wanted to double confirm to avoid getting 'potong' and asked them return 1st.

My taman got a lot green boxes (PDP), but they are not within 15m range to my house.

Anyone knows the exact installation cost?
