kl hotel with lousy service

Last month, mid of July, I travel to kl and move in to a 3 star hotel located at bkt bintang, Hotel Cxpxtxx, nearby the Low yat plaza. The front office told me that there're fully occupied and only left the suite room, which is bout RM500/night, coz I'm so tired n need to rest, so I took it, before I left the counter, they told me breakfast is included, for two person, and because of my room is consider as VIP, I even can order the breakfast to serve inside my room!

The next morning, around 7.30am, I go to the restaurant to have breakfast, when I walk out from the lift, I was stop by a waitress who standing guard at the entrance, I tell her my room number, she look on her list than she told me that my room is not in the list, than I show her my room card and remind her that it's a suite room, her replied was; "ya, I know this's a expensive room, but your room number r not in the list, r u sure breakfast r included in your room?" WTH!!? When I told her again I sure the breakfast is included, than she's seem unwillingly she went to the bar table beside to call up the front office to check my breakfast status. The worst part is everyone at the restaurant keep looking at me, just like I'm trying to cheat a meal or what, so I ask the waitress shd I find a plc to sit down first or I shd go back to my room to wait for her to comfirm, but she told me just standing there, infront of the lift facing others, she's making me damm so frustrated so I turn my back and walk away.

later when I check out from the stupid hotel, I told the front office what's happening at the morning, they just simply said sorry and goodbye, that's all they do. I was so regret to stay there, even just for one night! it's totally spoiled my holiday mood and made me feel suck!

Langkawi handphone

I'm planning to go to Pulau Langkawi later , just wondering those electronic stuff selling on the island like handphone, pda, camera etc, is it cheaper ? any good recommendation or tips? were there any rules, limitations or restriction for duty free goods? cos i nvr been Langkawi before...

The HTC Touch Pro seem quite heat now on internet, look very powerful n cool... dunno when it will launch in Malaysia, the price should b very high... Any master here got any idea? or info bout this...

Is there anyone here owning nokia e90? just wonder is it worth to buy 1, where to buy n cost...
mostly for working use, especially words, excel, pdf, email, net surfing....
Can anyone tell if Nokia E90 vs HTC tytn, which 1 better performance?
