PenangFON Speed

Hi,

I know most of you LowYat forum users are based on KL but I was just wondering if by chance, anyone could confirm this said "truth".

PenangFON offers a download speed of 2mbps for RM60 a month (which seems really reasonable) but things aren't what they seem from the surface. Apparently, from what I've heard, PenangFON provides a 2mbps download speed but if there was to be more than one subscribers using the same services living under the same block (of flats) the 2mpbs download speed will be shared equally between users. Meaning, the more users, the slower the download speed. Now, is this for real? Can anybody confirm?

If it is, is there anything to be done about it?
