Apparently, from what I&#39;ve heard, PenangFON provides a 2mbps download speed but if there was to be more than one subscribers using the same services living under the same block (of flats) the 2mpbs download speed will be shared equally between users. Meaning, the more users, the slower the download speed. Now, is this for real?
