I need some advice from all the senior & expert here for deciding education system.. currently 2nd semester in AUP.
Honestly for US system, i don't really like all the general education but the technology there is more advance & I think it's good for studying CS there.. correct me if i'm wrong
On the other hand, UK education is lot easier for me because of non-general education required.
Help needed here.. get stuck in the middle..
Can anyone pls share ur experience wif me or the pro & cons of the system..

Choosing AUP course (general studies)

My 1st semester of AUP is going to start very soon & I'm having difficulty in choosing the course.
I'm going to major in Computer Science.
1st > english composition
2nd > calculus
3rd > intro to computers
4th > ????
Any advice for my 4th course? My course advisor suggest me taking "business admin"
But the chances for the U.S. university to accept the credit transfer for this course are very low.
Can any senior here advice me? or maybe i should choose "sociological perspective" or "General Physics"? since both of these are highly recommended too.

Sony DSC W200

I'm sorry if i posted in the wrong section because i can't found a suitable section to post this. Mayb in LYN's Kopitiam?
Anyway, I accidentally dropped my Sony DSC W200 on the floor during vacation.
Since then my camera getting crazy..
When i took pictures, it automatically saved all my pictures into vertical mode. (auto rotate 270 degree)
It's really troublesome when viewing pictures because i need to re-rotate all again to see in horizontal view.
I can't found any solution inside the setting. So I hope all the sifu & expert here could give me some advice.

Frequent Network Attack Intrusion

Recently my Kaspersky always pop up Network Attack Intrusion alert when i surf the net.
It even pop up when i'm posting this topic, just that the tcp & port are different in the alert.
So my question is : Is it normal? or am i being hack by someone? related with utorrent? Kaspersky gone crazy?
need some advice from all the expert & sifu here.

The video run smoothly but without sound...
Tested with KMP & StormCodec. but still without sound..

Anyone here know how to block utorrent download or cut down the speed consumption by using router setting or software?
My sister torrenting non-stop everyday, it makes my line gone sick.

Windows Detected A Hard Disk Problem

Anyone experienced this error before?
It pop up everytime i start my windows. And will keep on pop up after some time.
Actually i had this problem quite long ago. Almost 1 year, i think.
But the hard disk still survive. Now i'm worry tat it will sudden death at 1 day.
Any sifu here can give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

American Degree Transfer Programme

Can anyone briefly explain to me what subject will included for the 2yrs general studies?
like U.S. history , music or wat else?
Generally those taking australian/uk degree will study more things compared to ADTP? since they study the major for 4yrs.
And i'm confused about the credit hour.. the counselor told me if I enter during this May intake, then i'll be transferred to U.S. at september next year..
So, does it mean tat i'll be complete all the general studies in 1yr+ or i'll be continue it in U.S.?

Help ! No sound after downgrading to XP

I jus downgraded my Fujitsu Lifebook V1010 to XP..
I download & install all the drivers from http://www.notebook-driver.com/fujitsu/fuj...for-windows-xp/
All things seems to be okay except the sound driver.. after installing it still no sound at all..
Any sifu here could give some advice??

Burning = Slow PC

Recently when i burn cd or watch any dvd, my cpu process will consume around 50% & windows move round slowly. I've had no problems in the past. Now It took me approximate 1 hour to burn 1 piece of dvd.. While Normally would complete it within 10 minutes.
Any sifu here know what could be causing this?
I'm using Intel core 2 duo 1.86ghz & 2gb of ram anyway.
